How I can change the encoding of a plugin for Wordpress?
I have two WP plugins I like to use, but I have a problem with the coding or at least I think that is the encoding. 1) When you insert text based on Latin characters and Serbia and save a draft message (a newsletter plugin in question) all letters with diacritics (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ diacritic # Languages_with_letters_containing_diacritics, scroll to Slavic) become question marks. 2) When inserting or Latino Serbian Cyrillic text 'Add' plugin quote the field I get an error, while the standard English text is no problem. Does anyone see a solution to this problem?

You need a Google account, then switch the power is almost entirely automatic. You may have to add Google Adsense feeds earn some extra money. This will give greater interaction.
Subscribe to Newsletter
A newsletter can be configured to send e-mail to subscribers each time you add new content to your website. Unlike RSS feeds you can send your subscribers a newsletter at will. It can send information that is not posted on its website and send information from your blog will not be sent to subscribers. What wordpress plugin I can use a newsletter system?
I want users to be automatically subscribed to the newsletter when registering with wordpress, but you can use a newsletter to others. Basically I'm just on wordpress create a newsletter with a database and a more detailed record. If you have any suggestions, in addition to using Wordpress or Joomla (which is a free alternative), then please let me know! Thank you!
