Is there a program for making magazines/newsletters?

I’m looking to make a “Free to Take” magazine/newsletter and I was wondering if there are any programs that can help me do this?

Depends on how much graphics and detail you want.
You can use for simple newsletters MS Word and you can still do some nice designs, then save them as pdf.
The way to design hi-quality stuff is usually using Adobe InDesign and that’s what I would recommend. Of course you need to learn how to use InDesign

What are some websites that I can get free newsletter templates?

My friends and I are making a site and we are making newsletters to send out to the members that have signed up. We are sending them out to girls, so we want them to be girly, but we cant find a website that lets you make a newsletter with a free template, and then email it out. We have to email it out by next week. THX! (remember, pink & girly)
