What is a closed negotiating a short sale?
I've been in the process of trying to buy a property in short sale about 7 months. Finally I got News of the bank actually accepted the short sale and the file has been assigned to a negotiator end. " What is a closing and negotiating what does this mean for me? Does this mean that the bank was able to successfully negotiate the second and if so, will the bank ask for more money? If you already have negotiated a price with the second one is legal to ask for more money? Thanks for any help!
