About two weeks ago, I asked a question about the weather on the West Coast and expressed some of my opinions, concerning future extreme weather. In support of my hypothesis, I found a story in Yahoo! News talking about the same. One was killed and four others were stranded due to landslides. Nearly 11,000 homes and businesses throughout Southern California were without electricity, including about 6,700 in Los Angeles Department of Water and Power customers. Southern California rainfall totals from Monday afternoon at 4 pm Friday included 9.43 inches at Opids Camp in the Mountains San Gabriel above Pasadena and 8.15 inches at Gibraltar Dam in Santa Barbara County. Carl Weathers as a meteorologist / meteorlogist? I think I remember Carl Weathers (also known as Apollo Creed) in a new man weather anchor for Channel 9 or 11 here on the west coast in the 90s. I think the channels KCAL and FOX. Can anyone confirm this hypothesis. A web link would be great.
