Are Netbooks new grants bad for open networks?
AT & T plans to offer subsidized netbooks for $ 50 (and Moreover, according to the model the customer chooses) raises interesting questions. The most fundamental is what it means for the debate on open access.
As its name suggests, open access is the ability for customers to link any device that technical reviews of the carrier network. Verizon Wireless and AT & T has paid tribute to the concept and indeed, some devices – target = "_blank"> particularly in the area of machine-to-machine – they employ.

The conclusion is that open networks are not carriers of interest because they loosen the reins they hold subscriber. game plan of the carrier will target = "_blank"> convince the FCC – which is much more difficult for the industry because of elections – And use their machines relations important for the public.
