How ridiculous is this article about the oil spill?

Now that the gap is getting cleaner, there was an ABC press release about how terrible it was that people used to clean the Gulf without a job soon …. is as ridiculous? Why all news must be bad news? Even good news is bad news to someone, I guess … but hopefully soon we NEVER need workers to clean another oil spill.
