I AM EXTREMELY UPSET AT THE NEW YORK STATE LOTTERY DEPARTMENT! Today I finally won $1000 .?
When I went to the Lottery Head Quarters, They scan my ticket and start shaking there head and ask me ” When did I buy It?” I bought it today I said the next thing I know, there on the phone with someone, and shortly after that they tell me that the ticket has not been activated as of yet! AND TO COME BACK ON MONDAY! WHAT KIND OF NERVE DO THEY HAVE SELLING TICKETS THAT ARE NOT ACTIVATED, MAKE ME DRIVE OVER AN HOUR TO THEIR OFFICE, TAKE OFF OF WORK EARLY TO CASH IT, AND TELL ME THAT I CANT REDEEM IT WHEN I GET THERE? When I buy a losing ticket, I dont say ” I will come back on monday and pay for it then…” Has anyone out there experienced this kind of thing? Should I go to the news?

I agree with the above post, that says blame the store bozo who didn;t activate the pack.
I would also be annoyed at the lottery employees, I work for the lottery commission in NH and if that happened, we would call the store and have them activate the book. This happens on a semi regular basis, and the lottery office could have actually activated the book while on the phone with the store from their own computer system.
I would write an angry, but polite email/letter to the lottery commission and the local paper.

This new party is cons gay marriage, is pro-life, Opposable supports illegal immigration and a more secure border to stem the onslaught of illegals in our country. They believe that the Government must be run by officials and professionals and not politicians or elite groups.
The Democratic party unsympathetic and Republicans who have their underlying factions within organizations, independents have a clear vision and direct how they perceive the government's rights and their statutory duties and responsibilities to each citizen.
They take their beliefs to God and country, the Bill of Rights, the Constitution of the United States and the Declaration of Independence.
