Dish Network in Los Angeles-How is that news is not KNBC HD?
Does anyone out there have Dish Network here in Los Angeles? If so, How do local transmission KNBC news is delivered through high-definition as KABC and KCBS? Although my TV says it is broadcasting high definition image stays square as opposed to other channels that come through true high definition. I note that when the national broadcast news NBC turns, appears true high definition. This really bothers me! Has anyone else noticed this, and how I can fix this? Thanks
There can not do nothing, simply means that your local NBC station does not broadcast in high definition. The same goes for me here in San Diego, NBC News will not broadcast in HD, but when national program is that it is in HD. In fact, the only local news in HD I get here is CBS. Until your local station began broadcasting … you're in luck … sorry bud! : (
