I missed Friday 7th November 2008 CBS News saying the Black Dahlia murder had been solved. Anyone watch it?
I’d love to know the information on the news piece. It was on around 5pm on CBS 2 in Los Angeles. Any information would be very much appreciated!
An ex LAPD cop is saying that his deceased dad who is a surgeon killed her..I saw an interview about it and the guy sounded credible and had handwritng samples that matched the Black Dahlias murderer and his dad..and the surgeon had a secret room in his LA house where the murder probably took place.The author also had pictures that a lab proved to have been the Black Dahila ( even though her face was cut beyond recognition) that he found in his dads photo album after he died. she had spots that a scientist was able to say matched her.Apparently it was always thought to have been a doctor because her body was sliced to cleanly for an average person.

Fire Departments charging Fees – can it get much worse?
Think of the added bureaucratic paper-work…. would fees be cost-effective? Think of the lawsuits… incentives for Fire Dept. to show up at accidents whether needed or not?
And where does the tax money go that Fire Departments already receive????

What’s the purpose of a business, other than having a name? We must pay “fees”, besides the regular cost, for most everything they’re supposed to do as a business in the first place.
I ran into a burning house to saved a family once,…… they had a handicap kid……… the mom cooked in the garage and was busy talking on the phone in the basement
I put out the fire with the garden hose
Should I had charge them a fee, too?
