His voice: very hard to understand, spanish speaking, heavy accent
Call the police and call your local news channel and report this. My story will air in Austin TX on KXAN very soon. COPS seem useless in catching this guy but he needs to be stopped.
MAKES THREATS WHEN YOU START QUESTIONING HIM AND ASK FOR INFORMATION TO BE SENT THROUGH THE MAIL.. THIS HAPPENED TO MY MOTHER AND LUCKILY WE LEARNED THIS WAS A SCAM. JERK TRIED TO WEASEL MY MOM OUT OF $242 OR HE WOULD THROW ME IN JAIL!

I have a group of houses and I am a conservative person, but I did vote for the independents?
