Since the adoption of patient safety and Affordable Care Act (CHP) has been a lot of noise about how this will impact small businesses. Most of the noise is composed of warnings that could harm small businesses precise information on how little accurate. For the reasons explained below, the potential negative effects on small businesses is probably an exaggeration.

In addressing some of the problems currently faced by individuals and small businesses, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages relatively rare, which been identified to date. We know that lack of affordable health care for people and the exorbitant cost of providing decent health care plans to their employees has hurt small businesses for years. Many aspiring entrepreneurs have been linked to their current job with a large company because they could not afford to lose insurance benefits for themselves or family members with expensive medical conditions. It has prevented some people from making the leap and start their own business. Highly qualified and prevented employees and potentially useful to work for small businesses who could not afford to offer plans in good health.

In 2014, people with pre-existing diseases that not otherwise have insurance offered by an employer will have access to insurance in the same rate as healthy individuals in the same market. Small companies and start-ups who can not afford health care coverage for their workers can not cope with this obstacle and pass agreement preventing them from getting the best talent in the past.

Small businesses should also be in a better position for their workers health insurance because, according to EU rules on classification, insurance companies can not discriminate against small businesses with employees charging them less healthy than larger firms or higher prices when one of its employees are sick.

Today Small businesses pay an average of more than eighteen percent for the same large companies provide health coverage for their employees. The new law will give credit tax up to 35% premiums for small businesses pay to cover workers in the first year. In 2014, these credits an increase of up to 50%.

The new insurance law does not impose additional "conditions" for small businesses with fewer fifty workers. But businesses of more than fifty employees will face a fine if you fail to provide insurance for their employees.

What new tax?

There are concerns about a tax provisions, if literally enforced, increased accounting work for small businesses. The tax credit is one of those things that must be step back and ask yourself, what the! @% * Did they? In what many of us see as a misguided attempt to recover part of the estimated $ 300 billion tax on retained earnings reported each year, the new law will require that all costs or for Small Business $ 600 or more must be documented with the issuance of a 1099. This extends the current requirements of law firms are now defined as "persons" to which 1099 will be issued, and sales of tangible objects should be reported, in addition current requirements for reporting costs of services, income and financial transactions.

Well, that's the bad news. The good news is that, like everything else involving the Tax Code, the tax is more or less to interpret the rules – and rules interpretation stringent if substantially increase the burden of keeping records of the IRS. Therefore some Observers believe that the IRS ultimately benefit from a loophole in the law which says:

The Secretary may issue regulations and other guidance that might be useful or necessary to carry out the purposes of this section, including rules to prevent duplication of transactions. (Emphasis added)

Despite all the sky "falls" handwringing that you could see on the Internet you really do not know how this will affect the company until the IRS publishes its regulations concerning the conditions of the new law will come into force January 1, 2012. One option considered by some observers as likely as banks and credit card companies are required to report all such transactions, the requirement that business entities notify credit card payments would be redundant and therefore is not required for purchases by credit cards. For most small businesses, which could eliminate most of the additional reporting requirements. But nobody really knows until the new rules are published.

One thing you can be certain: until the new tax law makes it more difficult for large (as an interpretation This would be strict), which will fight its corner against the change. And they already are. The IRS wants to collect unpaid taxes more. However, the IRS does not increase their cost of replacing a manner that does not achieve this goal. Chances are good that a document monitoring tools less intensive small expenses will be adopted.

Do you think it is fair that the Republicans are trying to change the Senate rules Nacional-time?

I just read that two senators Republicans say the Senate majority should be required to pass health reform. This means that instead of voting is now 51-60 necessary to adopt laws, want reform of health care demand from 1975 to 1980 votes. Of course, Democrats would mock this idea. As the article says, "Republicans' Comments The signal can also think Democrats have sixty votes to pass a reform bill for care Health, and establish highest standard for the majority party can not claim victory, even if it adopts a law. "It seems that the reform health care is on its way. Http: / / rawstory.com/08/news/2009/08 / 21/gop-now-wants-superfilibuster-for-healthcare-reform /

This is typical of the right. if no one listens, that only the strongest by any false information in this country.
