What are the asthma rates like for people who live in Southern California? I have been following all of the?
wild fire coverage on the news that past few months, from Malibu down to San Diego, and with the smog in Socal, the air quality must be horrendous. Why do so many people move there? I just don’t get it. Do people really think they are going to become rock stars or movie stars? Maybe 1/10,000 will. Better odds winning a scratch off lottery ticket. I live up here in Seattle, Wa. And all the people who bag on Seattle for being rainy, well, I’d much rather have that and breath fresh air then to live down there and breathe in smoke and smog, plus I was born with asthma, so I don’t think it would be a good fit down there. Looks like a disaster waiting to happen down there, fires, earthquakes, gangs, smog, etc.
It’s not that cold up here dude. You want cold, go to the mid west. It’s very mild up here, and the rain is good for asthma. The air quality up here is great.
I am with you…… I lived in Riverside Ca. Which is one of the top smog in the whole US for 30yrs. & Then moved to Astoria for some over a year. I would MUCH rather live up there then in southern Ca!!!!!!!!!! I love it up there!!! The people were soooo nice, it is green. Just a very awsome place!!!! Wish I could go back!!!!!!!!!!

is it true that there is going to be an earthquake in soutern california soon?
i heard that there is going to be a HUGE earthquake soon in l.a. and san diego…. is it true? i went on yahoo news and they said it was going to be as big as katrina! does anyone have any info on it and when its going to be, and WHAT TO DO WHEN IT COMES?!?!?
