Which is the best Blackberry for me?
I’ve been looking to upgrade my phone to something like a Blackberry, because everyone tells me how cool and useful the apps are. There are quite a few types, though. The Tour, Curve, Storm, and a few others. I want the most functional one available, with a trackball and a camera. I do not want a phone that has no keys (like a touchscreen keypad).
I mostly do messaging, email, social sites, reading the news, picture mail, and of course, texting and calling.
Please tell me which you think would best suit me, and why you think so.

I’d probably suggest the Tour or the Bold for a more advanced model. I currently have the Curve and am also new to BlackBerrys, which is the reason I got this model because it is commonly known as the entry level blackberry when I was researching models. Also the model may differ if you want a trackball or track-pad, the curve has the touch sensitive track-pad which I prefer to the ball, its much easier, whereas the tour has a ball.
In relation to email and internet etc I think they’re pretty much the same just relies on your network provider and what they give you, I got mine unlocked so I could go back to Pay as you Go with unlimited texts and internet as an additional bonus, I can’t have Blackberry Messenger etc (its an additional cost) but I can use it for Facebook and general internet surfing, which is all I need, so i’d suggest for your use sticking to a contract where the package includes Blackberry push email etc.
Like I said i’m new to Blackberrys so i’m sure others might help more, but from what i’ve learnt I think the more advanced models such as the tour and bold would suit you more, even though the curve is still great

If you are a mobile user, which Ipad apps do you recommend and why?
If you are a blackberry addict, which apps?
If you are a laptop user, which … etc
Not at all. I just posted this question to get an idea what works, but no one posted anything, so who knows.
I’m feeling the pull of the Ipad, but since I don’t see the value added, my old tired ways are probably ok too.
